How long before my job will start?

• Your job will be scheduled once your project deposit is received.  Due to industry-wide construction material shortages and delays, and depending on the scope of work being performed, we do our best to schedule work to begin within one month of receiving the deposit.  

How long do I have to accept a quote before the price quoted is no longer valid?

• Due to inflation, material and supply demands and shortages, the pricing provided in our quotes are only valid for 2 weeks from the date of the quote. 

Are the architect and design fees included in your pricing?

• No, while we work closely with the architects and designers, they are independent contractors and are hired and paid by the homeowner directly.
